I graduated with M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2014 August. My Masters thesis advisor was Dr. Suthers from the ICS department, and my co-adviser was Dr. Nation from the Math department. My Masters thesis focused on community detection algorithms in complex networks. It has applications to both biological and social networks. I am also interested in its applications to genomic sequences.

I did a research internship at RCSB Protein Data Bank at UCSD in the first half of 2015. I worked for the network analysis of BioCADDIE pilot project.

Previously, I worked on several software development projects. For more detailed information, see my curriculum vitae.
